We’re Joe and Lindsey, a husband-and-wife team keeping bees and bottling raw honey by hand in New York’s Hudson Valley.
Joe is a U.S. Army veteran whose family has farmed for generations, a craft that began in Italy and that he carries on here today. Every jar is pure, raw, local honey, bottled by hand in small batches.
